Hoppy- I bet the avacado is great in cookies...fat=yum. On the same, but less healthy note, I have a recipe for chocolate cake that uses Mayo...everyone thinks it's going to be gross, but it's really yummy!nope, no pumpkin.
my 2 favorite secret ingredients are beans (usually chick peas or black beans) and avacado. avacado in cookies makes them soft and fluffy (but a bit green in color)
and for those are going to say ewwww, don't knock it until you try it, most people have no idea they are in there.
