Hey guys just wondering who is going to the swaps in Augusta on the 28th and Wilton on the 1st and what they are bringing! I am bringing:
Mini Rex Rabbits, Khaki Campbell Duck, Angora Rabbits, Cages, Tanks, Etc.

kfl- try hammond lumber, I've had better luck with them and when they deliver, it actually gets there. I don't know about installing as I had my own contractor do all that.

the only reason I even got the sheds from Lowes is because they come as prefab kits. I got 2 8x12 sheds for $998 ea and since we get dh's 10% military discount, the time saved on measuring, cutting, etc is well worth it for us. It all comes on a pallet and you just put together. I was making these into my breeding pens by putting screen walls up inside. We have gotten outbuildings from other sources, our shed is from shed happens and our cedar screenhouse came from millstores, all were much more expensive than the lowes sheds....you get what you pay for....true, true...

do any of you have cayugas? I am asking because I think my feed bill is so high becuase I think my ducks are overeating. The shed dilemma is slowing down moving everyone to where they should be because the ducks are getting the orps building, it is waaayyy too big for 6 orps. they will then have their own run and I can monitor their food better(they free range and eat what they want now). My cayugas look so fat, of course it might be because they hang out with the runners....but I still think they are too fat. I am new to ducks and was curious if the ducks would get upset if I separated their coop into 3 compartments so they are separated by breed/color. I don't want to upset them though. I don't really care if they are together or not, just if I decide to ever sell eggs

We got our fertile eggs in yesterday. They sent us Silkie, Blue/ Blue splash Cochin, Black copper Maran and Blue copper Maran, 2 eggs from each breed. The Ebay order was for 6 eggs but she sent 8 anyway. Got them in the bator then today headed up to TSC in Sanford and got a automatic egg turner. That was just a little surprise for the wife.

ok, I am ordering some blue laced red naked necks, they are a project and really cool. I will be getting splash laced and black laced red as well. I can order 15 @$12 each, I only want 8 so that leaves 7 if anyone wants to puchase some. They are due to come in the first week of April and need to let her know within a couple of days. I am covering the shipping cost so if anyone wants to order 7 of these cool project birds for $84 let me know asap and I will give you her(Nava) paypal addy.

I don't need to add these birds to my shipment but wanted to give anyone else an opportunity to try them out.

We will do it if you need - but try TLC first, no cutting. After soaking try to lift the scab up with your (clean) fingernail. And remember, it will bleed a little. You might not get the scab up and off the first day, it may take 2-3 days of soaking and booties.

We had one so bad once the entire bottom of the foot was black with scab and the scab winded its way through the ball of the foot and up through the toes. It was awful. And she made it. Seems like my leghorns are especially prone to it.
