Majorly different growth rates in chicks?

7 week update:
My two supposed Welsummers still look a little different from each other. Posting pics in hopes of getting some updated gender/breed opinions Also wanted to add that the bigger one is much more docile.

Here's the more docile one I'm pretty sure is a pullet

And two shots of my suspected but I hope I'm wrong cockerel :-/

They both look like pullets to me and Welsumer. The brown leghorn looks very similar but would have white ear lobes instead of red.

This spring I had 2 Welsumer pullets from the hatchery with very extremely different growth rates... both ARE pullets, but the bigger 1 we called Giagantor (JY-gantor). They may have different parents.

To me the one you suspect to be cockerel doesn't appear to have bigger waddles than the one you don't suspect. And they don't look red either.
