I was more meaning late in the year since most of mine did it late summer early fall or at least like mid fall so winter seems late to me lol and eyebrows!?!?!

I use a good amount of flour but not ten pounds in a month. Is this every month or just this particular month?

Approximately 14 pounds of cookie dough, and some kolachi. Also made some rolls earlier in the months.
