Making Bumblefoot Worse

@scollier How is she feeling this morning?? When you remove her bandage today, can u please take a picture of her foot and post it here? Also, be sure when u pack her scab hole with antibiotic ointment that you are NOT using one with Painkillers (anything that ends is Cain). They are deadly to chickens!!!! I would suggest using vet wrap to secure sterile cotton and wrap her foot. Be sure it is not too tight!
Good luck! Keep us posted with her progress.
She is very lethargic this morning. Aware and still has a red comb, but sleepy. I will post a picture when I redo her wrap next.

Perfect. Her lethargy is a concern. She may have developed a secondary infection as indicated by @coach723
Definitely soak her again for at least 20 minutes, then take a picture. Offer her some scrambled egg and yogurt.

I gave her electrolytes, scrambled eggs, and probiotics. She laid an egg today (faithful layer, but didn't lay yesterday). Here is an updated pic. My main concerns beyond the infection and swelling

are the new off-colored spot on her foot pad near her leg, and the brownish coloring on her toe.

Bumblefoot is a staph infection, and when it goes systemic is when it kills them. The infection needs to come out immediately, but I would also treat with antibiotics since it sounds like it may have progressed beyond the foot at this point. Baytril is used in these types of infections, and you can buy it online here if you can't go to or afford a vet:

Absolutely you need an antibiotic in order to save the foot, and probably the bird. I would get started as soon as you possibly can. This is a case in which if a vet is an option, I would not hesitate. You will need to treat with antibiotics and that foot is going to need a lot of cleaning out.
Vet not an option. In fact, husband is hesitant to spend much money on her treatment at all :(
So, by "cleaning out" what do you mean? How would it be cleaned out?
