Making the most of it.

Ohhhhh geez I must be seriously stupid... Screwed up again but honestly didn't mean too. Got to keep in mind what is and wasn't okay in life sometimes... Im always so quick to want to make friends I just don't think sometimes... Well. I can't change yesterday but I can change today.
Don't know what ya did but :hugs and :love for you.

Just had a good reminder that it's okay to be friendly and respectful but not in a way that may be percieved a certain way to others. Don't know why i didn't catch that... But my intents are good but that doesn't matter if they are percieved the wrong way. My fault and something I'm glad someone brought to my attention.

I texted the kids mom... no answer... Asked her son to ask when she was picking him up.... the mom responds.. why is she in a hurry... It is now after 6 pm.... I had her kid all day yesterday as well.. i cooked enough dinner for them all but I know Devin and I are gonna need some rest tonight.... what to do........

Gotta love that..........hope the kiddo has gone home by now. Crap move on mom's part to ignore your message - had a wood vendor like that a few years back. My boss would call him from the office phone, get no answer and never get a call back when leaving a message. One day I got curious and right after she hung up after getting no answer I picked up my personal cell and dialed his number - he picked right up, apparently he was using the caller ID to screen out calls from the agency because he knew we were NOT happy with the non-service he was providing.

Lol!!! Enjoy your Saturday!!!!
I got asked to do a member interview so I will be packing and working on that today. I'm pretty excited!
YAY -- can't wait to read it!

Yes you are to soft and I'm a crotchety kid who acts like he's a grumpy old man.......get off my lawn ya friggin whipper snapper....Our property has No Tressapassing signs all over it and there is a Jehovah's witnesses joint just up the road from us so they've stopped by a couple times, although never when I've been home. There's a No Tresspassing sign down by our driveway. I tell the wife to tell them to go read the sign and than do what is says......she hasn't yet

if they ever stop by when I'm here I will

Unfortunately we sometimes have to do hard things in the short run, to get ahead in the log run. I really hope you don't have to get rid of any of your animals, and if you do, that you can find a boarding-type situation so you can visit and get them back someday.

Well said - this has been the running them in the hard choices we've had to make in preparation for our move. On a good note, got a LOVELY e-mail from Jethro's new mom the other day letting me know that he is happy and has settled right into things at their house. I cried happy tears reading her note.

You would be surprised at what you can do when you have limited options.

Absolutely - especially when you are doing it with a happy goal you are working toward and this is just what you have to do to get there.

Shoot I almost forgot!!! Need to all the mechanic and see if he's looked at the suburban yet!!! Fingers crossed it won't be too expensive.

Any word on your ride?

They are old and not worth storing so I'm gonna dump them. Trying to have a fresh start and get do some severe down sizing.
You could try posting them on your local FB swap page as a freebie to someone needing something to start out with -- DD and her fiance recently moved into their first house together and so all the things I don't want to haul across country are making their way up there to help them get started.
