I'm just not sure if I should breed her to birds with: Red, Yellow, Bay, Brown, Black, Orange, or light orange eyes.

I don't know either, so I suggest you pick the one you most want for other reasons-- then observe what eye colors you get, and decide from there.

Don't worry, her one pupil isn't that shape, it was the angle of my phone lense while taking the picture. It obscured the picture alittle.
