This little guy was hatched mid June and is closing in on 28 inches. Still has a lot of filling out to do. His dad is calm for the most part, but can get a little excited if you pick up one of his hens. Otherwise he is very tame. They are great birds.

Ok guys can anyone please help me with pictures of their newly hatched malay chicks! I ordered some really good quality eggs offline and I just wanna make sure I have the correct thing and wasn't duked! I am 99.9 % they are the Malays but I can't find any pics of malay chicks on google! 0.0 I ordered 7 eggs and only 3 were viable and out of those 3 2 hatched and out of those two one has a totally flat cone and the other has a flat cone with a tiny line down the center so I'm crossing my fingers for a pair! I'm sure its probably almost impossible to tell right now considering they are not even a week old yet but they defiantly
Have different cones!!! The only chicks i have found were yellow and mine are dark brown/red/black with yellow bellies! Anyway I'd love to see ur baby malay chicks!
