Well that was the plan. My wife saw some a few years back and fell in love with them. She has been battling illness for the last couple of years and this was suppose to be something we did together to get away from all the worries of what she has been going through. We wanted to see if we could get some nice birds and maybe even show them. The main thing was just to have fun and create some memories.

I sent you a PM. I hope it helps. Let me know if you need me to send you anymore information. It's too bad you don't live near me - I hate seeing people get jipped. Dishonest poultry breeders really bother me - usually if they are breeders they should know what they have. It seems as if this one may have pounced upon an unsuspecting victim. I would LOVE to see you and your wife create those memories. I will help you find some good birds for her.

I have good hatches from Pearly sue

I thought about purchasing eggs from her myself. No need to now though - hatching eggs can be frustrating for people who want to color breed, but you can't really beat the price.

Another person who has some gorgeous silkieds is Juliette with Pixie Chicks. I don't believe she sells hatching eggs, but she has frizzles too and just about any color you could want! I have never heard a complaint from anyone about her birds except....

bobbyc1970 sometimes it is worth purchasing an adult pair especially with something that can be harder to hatch like seramas or polish.
