I got a batch of chickens when they were a day old (from a local store) and I got one Australorp they said it was a female but at five weeks it has a big comb and waddle formation. I want a female but its looking more and more like a male, is it normal for them to have a comb and waddle so young? I don't have any pictures Available right now. The comb and waddle look like the picture of the Production Faverolle and Red Sex Link mix above. I need help figuring this out, please!

I hope your right... I'm 33 but have been at the chicken game since I could remember.....1 got 14 chicks 4 are red crosses but The other I hand picked out of straight runs, by going on past experiences and guessing ... I think I chose all pullets these 2 where the only questionable ones !!! I'm good. Lol
