Male quail, no poop for days and drool/vomit?

He’s eating a little today and his poop is still pure liquid- what could that mean? It’s yellowish whitish with no solid at all.
It sounds like he hasn't been eating enough. Make sure he has food available. You might try tempting him with boiled egg (crushed up).

He has tons of food available and I keep giving him mealworms by hand- he only eats them if I wiggle them but he’s eaten a few. Still no poop, just liquid. I’m treating it as coccidiosis for now because I don’t know what else would do this. I have live mealworms living with my crested gecko that I’m sure he’d eat, but I don’t think that’s safe? Let me know if you have any ideas of what else to do- I’ll be out of the house overnight tomorrow so I’m worried for him.

I don't see why live mealworms wouldn't be safe for him. I'd try to give him a few. @007Sean might know more about what this could be.
My concern isn’t the worms but rather diseases spreading from my crested gecko to my quail

Ok- I’m back home and he’s still not having solid poops. I saw him go and it came out kinda liquid like spit, mostly white maybe some yellow. He pecks at his food a lot- I’m not sure if he’s swallowing or not but he definitely is shoving his beak into the food. Drinking lots of Corid. Still active. Not crowing. Really the only two behavioral differences are liquid poops and not crowing. Any ideas what this could be if it’s not coccidiosis?

know anyone who can read poop photos?
