Not necessarily. One looks to be non-bearded so the appearance of wattles isn't surprising. I don't see streamers on any of them so they all look like hens to me.
The're only 5 months old, so not laying. The comb could only be that big cause it's a boy

That's actually about the time mine started laying, maybe a few weeks later. I still don't see streamers. Plus, one of my hens has a big comb too, though she did start laying when this picture was taken.
