Mallard beak colors

Hi I have two mallard ducklings that are almost a month old and I know it will still be quite awhile before we know their sex but they have two very different beak colors and I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. One is a bright yellow with black at the tip and the others is all black. Anyone know anything about it?

They definitely look to be female/ male. Male mallards have yellow bills, females have dark.

I believe I have two mallards both have the same feathers...they look like females? Can anyone assist?

The second looks like a female. How old are they? Have they stated to quack yet?

About of month old and a few of them have started to develope the quack...I have 6 so it's hard to say.

When do males normally get their green head?

both of mine have the same feathers so far. one grew a little faster than the others so I cant say
