They are not wild birds, but from a friends farm who’s mother died, and the yellow is because I used a white LED flashlight.

Around 37.5 C, and they sunk when placed in water. Thanks for all your help

I have only had them for a day, and have flipped around five times a day, and keeping it laying on the opposite side of veinage overnight, thanks so much for the help you have provided!!!

Eggs like these need to have moisture for their eggs to hatch correctly and they supposedly are quite old...

Aww thanks, was I not supposed to do the float test, I’m not the most educated sorry...and really need some support at this point which you have graciously given me

The float test is really only used for when an egg is overdue, and even then I don't really believe in it - anything it can tell you, you can learn by candling

Usually it is frowned upon, but u said the eggs were old. I think if they were that old there would be a blood ring instead of veining. I would, if i were you, and going to keep it, msrk the sides with an x and an o to mske sure the egg doesnt rest on the same side every night. Uneven number of hand turning...which u seem to be aware of. Stabilize your temp. Other than thst read up on humidity and maybe compare your egg to a duck egg ptogress chart so you know when to go on lockdown. Also kerp in mind its one egg and these are very social creatures...will you be able to give it a friend after hatch? There are alot of things to consider
