Mallard Eggs day 30 and no internal or external pip. HELP!!!

Well, usually with some fluid like that, they end up kinda sticky and gooey when they hatch. But with a few days to go, it could all clear up.

Will it still live with that fluid? Will it hatch alright?

I think the liquid should absorb before hatch.

You've done all you can now it's up to the duckling if it is still alive it has a good chance of hatching so try not to be scared.

I have done the float test. About 15 to 20% of the large end sticks out of the water, and small movement can be seen.

Movement is good. Wobbling movement in the float is what you are looking for. I don't do the float test myself but I thought it was worth a try for you.

Try not to worry. Candle each day if you can to look for shadows and the internal pip. Listen to the big end for cheeps and a clicking noise.

I am almost sure that he is dead. Is it safe to crack open the egg? If I do, what if it is still alive?
