Poor thing wasn't quit done , or being malpositioned made it impossible to absorb the yoke mabe

Sorry about the little one.

I used trip. ant. on the membrane one time and I wasn't crazy about it. It seemed to almost make the membrane tougher and harder to tear, I cannot remember if it also seemed to slow down the absorption in of the blood. I prefer the water and the moistened paper towels in between peeling. JMO

Agreed. BTW, did you know that there is an 'over the limit' on rating? I pressed the thumb up button and got that message. Who knew.

Actually I wore it out yesterday with all the help I was getting, it is still not working...

Veering off topic yet again to note that:
It looks like you are only allowed to "thumbs up" 10 helpful posts per day, or 20 if you are a Golden Feather.
I don't see anything about a quoting limit, though!

I do not understand, are ovations used in some kinda contest? i guess i need to get out of the peacock forum more i am apparently missing some things out there

i though if a topic was helpful or i wanted to agree with posting the same thing someone else did i would just give them a thumbs up, gosh i guess i need to keep my thumb to myself
