Yeah, so things didn't go as planned. I'm laying here in a hospital bed in Billings. I flunked my stress test so I'm headed to the cath lab on monday

ken cancelled the whole Madison trip, even though I kept pinging on him to make it. This really stinks!! But keep the prayers and good thoughts coming, please! I could sure use em! Love

I think I found an error in my system, again.

DO you all have the smooth side towards the chicks? Do you ever turn it so the fluffy side is there for the chicks to snuggle into?

I have mine fluffy side down. Just wondering how bad that is. I will remake them if I have too. I did not think it would make that much difference, and liking the feel of fluffy side of a heating pad on my aches and pains, I just thought they would too.

The fluffy side is up on mine as it seems cooler than the smoother side. I coated my whole heat pad with PressNSeal and encased it in a pillowcase. I tried to keep a towel on it to keep it cleaner. But the chicks kept moving the towel or getting wrapped in it, So hopefully the PressNSeal does its job. The pillowcase is now disgusting.

I wrapped mine in double layers of pressnseal to try and keep them clean. I then lay an "adult bed pad" The disposal diaper thing over the whole works. I end up throwing that away every day. I have not had to change the pressnseal yet.

Here is the latest from Blooie:

Totally flunked my stress test....well, gee! Getting up at 3 am and waking up hubby to drive me to the ER, then a 100 mile ride in an ambulance to Billings wasn't good enough stress for them? It sure was for me!

Scheduled for a heart cath on Monday, and will probably get my first set of "above the navel" stents. Got 4 sets below the navel so at least now I'll be balanced.

This really stinks. Hear on Tuesday that I've got Congestive Heart failure and have a mild heart attack in the middle of the night on Friday. But this too, shall pass. I changed my stupid password on BYC for some dumb reason and between the nitro and the morphine I can't remember what it is. But no morphine today, so I'll try to reconstruct it. Glad I didn't touch this one. Anyway, I'll be up for a few more days. Monday's the cath so the earliest I"ll be home is Tuesday. Thanks for the prayers. Love you all!
