Well I set fire to the kitchen last week, while frying fish.

I didn't think it was a good idea, it just happened, little grease popped into the burner and whosh up in flames, smoke everywhere. Got the burner turned off and the choked the fire with the lid. But I can tell you it sure livened things up a little.
