That shows forethought, planning, and so this cannot be played off with temp. insanity, reg. insanity, accident, heat of the moment (wouldn't that be a bad pun) etc. This guy has so totally screwed himself it's not even funny...

Glad she is filing for divorce....maybe it was a wake up call that she must get out of the relationship because something tells me that he was abusive to her.
