I'm guessing no one's heard from Debbi yet today? I was watching the weather pretty close yesterday and it sounds it was not good right where she lives. I'm hoping she just hasn't had a chance to get on the internet and that the severe weather passed by her!

Yep, I didn't need to click on the link either . .. . The low rider is a little higher The low rider drives a little slower Low rider, . .

DON - -could you repost the link to your set-up pictures ? ? ?
I didn't have time to look at them when you posted them the first time AND now I don't have a clue what everybody is drooling over.

Jan, Will take a picture today of a close look at the Barrel front. Also there is a reason the barrels are white. In summer it will get close to 100* here in the Wolverine state. The Marans hens are good in these Barrels year around if you have one you do not want to lose. No hole in back as I have tried that and it lets in all the rain. Pictures coming up later today if it isn't raining again.

Cool... I will be back after a while.... I am excited to see how to make these barrels... This solved a problem for me.... They are so easy to move inside the shed for winterization... It is raining here today Don... I can't beleive the amount of rainfall this year... We should be haying...

I'm anxious to see the barrell detail, also. Don - where do you get them? I feel like I saw a bunch at some surplus warehouse once, but that was way up in the U.P. It's raining up here near Flint. I've had just about ENOUGH!

ETA: I had a couple of 55 gallon plastic barrels at the house, and sawed them in half to use as waterers for my mini donkeys. Perfect size, super easy to clean. But, that's been years ago, and I haven't seen them around for sale in a very long time!
