I am wondering what will the offspring of the BCM and Blue Copper Maran look like? Pictures?

I am getting BCM, and would like to have blue marans too.

Farmerboy16, there are folks on here that get real touchy if you don't spell marans correctly. It always has an "S" on the end, even if you are only talking about one bird.

With that said . .. . Black x Blue ( both coppers) = 50% black copper and 50% blue copper offspring.

yes felt it good , i was 20 foot up on timbers stick building a roof and almost shook me off i was balanceing and i made it to a brick wall and that was moveing , my chickens are laying scrambeled eggs

Yeah Randy, What beautiful colors on that Roo. I really like the gold/orange/mahogany blending of colors. Kind of like a shimmering sunset :-) His feathers look iridescent !

The girls are purty :-) Are the neck feathers a mahogany color? In the front hen they look like it but the back pic looks more brown.

Lucky ladies out in the woods. Thanks for sharing, Susan

Honestly, for 7 months I think she is pretty nicely built and has a great tail carriage. Has she started laying for you yet? how much do you estimate she weighs, cause she is looking decent in size from what I can see?
