Okay...hatch is still going with the last 2 Barnie eggs that have finally pipped, if both hatch then it's 100% hatch rate on the 6 Barnie eggs set. 2 of the Splash Wy x Barnie roo eggs made it and both are blue (this would be Stoo and the other Blue Laced Barnie project baby)

, next up I have 3 Wellie babies and I believe that 1 is a cockerel and both the others are pullets. 3 more Wellie eggs in the 'bator but I have seen nothing from them. All 3 Wellie babies hatched not fully absorbed, one is doing great and in the brooder with all the other chicks....I think I may have to cull the other 2.

All 8 of Lil' Bill's first test eggs hatched that made it to lockdown.....4 BCM, 3 Blue Coppers and the little Splash chick.
4 of Gnarles eggs made it to lockdown and 2 have finally pipped, haven't seen anything in the other 2.

These are Lil' Bill's firsts........
They are all little chubby butterballs! All are feather shanked and most have feathers on the outer toe, with a couple having a little stub on the middle toe and a couple that do not have feather stubs on the outer toe but have nicely feathered shanks.

Black Copper 1...not to be confused with #4....they are almost identical with the exception of the belly color.

Thank you Friends! They are cute I tell ya....but remember they are all cute until they show their little defects and faults......especially those "stupid combs"....but I will love them all equally until then.
