Morning Randy! Hope you had fun out dancing!

Hey Randy.....how many birds did you hatch out total this year? I read that you only kept 3 hens is that right? When are you going to post photos of those lovely Wheatie girls?

hatcherout close to 60 probably and I kept only 5 hens and 5 roosters I don't have that much room this year I was hit pretty hard with that recessive yellow leg gene. that's why I tell everybody to do some sibling mateings because it's the only way people will find out what is hiding I made the mistake of breeding daughters back to original father

I see, thanks for explaining for me. I try to cruise by the Wheaten thread from time to time and keep up with everyone, do a little lurking and drooling at all the pretty birdies....but lately it's been hard enough to keep up with this thread. LOL!

I have got to get by my best friends house and get photos of her Wheatens rooster......he is a looker!!!!!! I believe he has a good bit of fluff at the tail break, but other than the stupid fluff, he is a pretty nice bird. She has a few of those nice creamy colored hens that I love sooo much too that are laying some very nice eggies for her.
