Kim, NO!! These were NOT your birds!! The first clutch was from Maryland, the second clutch of blues was from you, toes fine, the third clutch from TX, with only the one chick showing it. So, it's only been in two birds now, one male one female, both blue. Not a very good percentage rate with my small hatches, but coincidence that both were blue?
Come to think of it, the first clutch was nothing but problems! Only three hatched. Blue Butt with 2 crooked toes, one Splash with a deformed femur that I had to cull, and poor old Bump that got shrink wrapped and ended up being very wry necked. Vitamins did not help the poor soul either.
