I have hatched 15 FBCM chickies

next batch goes into lockdown Friday. Sorry to change the topic.... but thought you might want to see some babies before Christmas....

Not the best pic but it is all I have. I only have a couple that have clean legs and a couple with 1 feather on the middle toes so not bad. Nobody yet with obvious weird combs

This was my first hatch of my FBCM, they seemed to have a harder time getting out. One died after pipping and not zipping (I helped some but still died in the shell) 2 pipped upside down.... guess I will have to start checking for that one now

6 were clear and 4 didn't do anything yet (still in the hatcher...) 25 more to go.

I like the dark blues, but Don and Walt both said the medium blues with the lacing will always win over them. I have that one young cockerel here with the funky comb, that I initially thought was black. I'm thinking now he is a very dark blue. Was the same with Myron, and he turned out to be blue.
