Yes, when married, everything needs to be in moderation, unless you have the same passion!

He is a good support and sport about it all, he got bit by the bird bug this fall when we went to pick up our female peachick and he saw red golden pheasants- let's just say we now have a pair and they hang out with our pair of peachicks. He doesn't mind the chickens at all. He helps me teach and explain information to the kids and jumps right in- he designed our coop, pens, nesting boxes, grit/calcuim feeders and helps with culling when needed. Couldn't ask for any better, after all we work together day in and day out and have for the past 8 years

My DH and I have done the same for the last 8 years....I wouldn't trade spending every waking moment with him for anything. It's the best!

BTW: Are those your NYD hatch eggies in there Hens?
