JMO, I like Frazier better. It's the comb on Niles that puts me off, but they are both typey boys. Niles also looks like he has some brown fluff below his tail? He may be getting ready to molt or sunburned, but I'd stay away from that if you can. Frazier is nice and broad, and that I love! When I look down at the roos from above like your first pic, I like to see the shape of a watermelon, instead of an inverted pear. He's a melon!

I didn't get a chance to look at that other link you PMed me yesterday, by that point, my little pea sized brain was toast!

Vicki, soooo, where did you find your usb thingie?? That's how I upload pics to the puter, with the cord. I'm afraid to take the card out of my camera for fear of snapping it or losing it!

SD,

Christie, Yes, it's amazing how tough those shrink wrapped membranes can get! I had a hard time cutting the last one out too. Congrats on your 7 babies!!

Complete with a full Mariachi band! Sundays around here from Spring until Fall are bustling with festivities at their house.....we love listening to the band, which can be heard from 15 acres away mind you....along with another neighbors braying donkey, who apparently loves Mariachi music, it is the only time you can hear him braying...he is a bit out of tune though and I don't have heart to tell him.

I am so jealous of your winobator. Good luck on your hatch. I bet you are really excited!
I placed some ads last year looking for a used nonworkinf wine cooler on CL that I could turn into an incubator. I had NO replies except for people trying to sell me working ones for more than I wanted to pay for something used that I was gonna rip apart. I gotta find one of those things... I want a big one!

No wonder you have a NO Jamaica fund; you have Mexico in your back yard!! I love it!! When I lived in CA, we had a family across the street where the father played in a Mariachi band. When they would practice, (which would go on for hours!) all of my Conures in the aviary in the back yard would scream and dance! I thought it was hilarious, my other neighbors...not so much.

Oh geez I know how loud Conures are they have vocal cords on steroids. They were much louder than the Macaw and Amazon that we have. I had a Jenday conure named Wolfgang he was a riot and would bob his head around and dance. He could hear our vehicles coming from blocks away even if they were quiet he could pick them out and started screeching lol. I left him in Phoenix with my mom LOL!!
Wolfgang.

We LOVE the band that goes on and on (literally all day until it is dark, but doesn't bother us in the slightest, no need to play the radio) .........and we love having them as neighbors...they are truly, truly good people and man o man do they ever have a huge family! I thought I had a lot of siblings, neices and nephews. Got some fresh homemade tortillas and Pisulli (sp?) right before Christmas! YUM!!!!!!!
