Anna, don't feel alone! My girls are starting back very slowly, haven't had many eggs since August! I put a used, medium sized Priority mail box on my front porch, and since then, someone is leaving an egg a day! Today, I got two at the same time!

They are standing in line to lay in a used box. I'm sure the guys that spent all that time building my nest boxes would loooove to hear that!!

Cats and chickens, and the dog, are now safe again!

Yes, mine are starting to pile up in the fridge too. I don't sell eggs for eating. The Silkies are really cranking them out! Going to start feeding some of them back to the chooks. The dogs get eggs for breakfast too. Making egg noodles sounds like a good plan too!

I made some the other night for dinner....added a little pesto and diced Marans and PRESTO....yummy, dinner was done! They are sooooooo easy and sooooooo good! I love how well they freeze and keep. DH does not like store bought noodles since the first time I made him fresh homemade ones.

Just made a big pot of chicken/veggie soup tonight. Fresh chicken (as in Blue Butt!), and homeade noodles would've made it that much better! Yum!!!

haha that's how I am too! I would prefer everything to be homemade if I'm being totally honest! I am saving up my pennies to eventually get some pasta attachments for my kitchenaid mixer, so I can make even more kinds!
