ok - I might need to have the "easy" egg noodle recipe (and directions!)

Math - can you give me the remedial bread machine lesson, too?
I have one here that I inherited and i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE fresh, warm bread, but my hands can't do it anymore!!

As for the hawks - here's an interesting story:
I used to hate the racket the crows made until, one day, they were in the barnyard and i saw what the racket was about!

They were harrassing a hawk and chasing it out of their territory - they hollered and picked and teased until that darn hawk flew away!!

So....long story short....crows and their racket are now welcome on my farm!!

This spring, there was a hawk family, complete with little baby fledgling - same thing happened! The crows fussed and bothered for 3 days until they finally decided it was more trouble than it was worth!!

For sure! I always welcome crows here, but they stay their distance from my yard. They do harrass the hawks when they are around, so do the Blue Jays! Crows will also eat your chicken eggs/chicks too if they have access to them, so watch out for that!

I didn't know they had an attachment for making sausage.... I must sees this! Also, I'd love the basic recipes you have for making your own!

GET A USED BREAD MACHINE IMMEDIATELY ....

You can pick them up ALL DAY LONG for $10 to $15.

I have an awesome recipe for egg bread. I use my bread machine to make the dough. Then I braid the dough, let it rise, and bake it in the oven.
The bread is so good that a Nun would want to sin to get some!

I make cinnamon rasin bread in it. I found the raisins get distributed better if I just use the machine for the dough. Add the rasins by hand and then bake it in the oven.

I do make a plain white bread in the machine from beginning to end

well crap! I must have this recipe for egg bread you speak of! Think you could shoot it over to me when you get a chance?

Hi,
Loving my Kitchenaid.

Got it over a quarter century ago from a guy who decided not to start a bakery. Has the lift mechaism. Will do anything, even divinity candy. Super with egg whites.

I got the batter shield and love it for egg whites and fast beating. Been

over the sausage maker for some time. Price of meat is outrageous and bread isn't far behind! (but they didn't raise our taxes, dip snuff and spit!

). Anyway, I want the juicer attachment too!

We are going to need a thread for these recipes

I have a bread machine and never even think to use it. I LOVE fresh bread... is it hard to clean up?

haha perhaps indeed. I have a bread machine, but I too have found that I make the dough in the mixer and go that route instead. I don't know...I just find I can do a lot more stuff that way. If I'm running short on time then i'll use the bread machine while I'm doing other stuff...so I can accomplish more than one thing at a time
