Can't get a good look at their combs, some side shots of the heads would help dajen. How old are they? Once they start getting their hackles in the males feathers will be pointed and females will be more rounded.

I just got a Black Copper Marans cockerel and two pullets. They're just for pretty, but I'm so excited to have such beautiful, rare birds!

This is one of the batch I got earlier this spring . . .

I got her and her sibs a few weeks later . . . this is the pullet I plan on keeping. She has nice (possibly too much?) copper, good feathering. Won't know about body type until she's a bit older.

Just a few of the oldest chicks that moved to a larger pen today. I'll try for better photos when they are more settled in over the next few weeks. I'm just pleased that nearly all of the 15 I held back have color, there are only 3 or 4 pullets I think that don't yet. Oh, they are 9 weeks old as of yesterday

I'm not a breeder or have any clue what I'm doing most of the time..... but I would guess SHE.
My little roo had a lot more black than that on the wings, and your picture is very similar to my pullet at that age.
