Funny. I'm thinking of some that has pink and blue in it, you know me ,so maybe it should have an off beat kinda funny twist to it, or some intentional pun.

Hmm, maybe not, that sounds like a strip club!

I like Blue Flamingo because that is what I named the double blue feathered Morning Glory that I hybridized. It is a double flower with a touch of pinkish purple in the center.

That name is good for pink because it goes with her flamingo theme and fun personality

If you type in Blue Flamingo on Yahoo search the first thing that comes up is Blue Flamingo Ministeries LOL so I guess its ok

Oooooo!!! I LOVE those morning glories!! Got any seeds for sale?? I planted some Grandpa Otts a couple of years ago, and their purple and blue/red color makes me feel so cheery in the mornings.

Cute names, but is someone going to get the impression I am breeding flamingo's, I know the name of my farm is Pink Flamingo Farms but that is just because I am whacky and my sister came up with it. It is a hard one to come up with, maybe it will have to be a name for the Marans coop and then come up with a line name from that later on. Keep the ideas coming! They are great!

Beautiful Morning Glory flgarden! Almost everyone around here tries to eradicate morning glory.

Here are a couple of random photos that I just took outside, the little egg in the front is the new egg I found yesterday from a GFF pullet and the eggs in the back are from the 2 GFF pullets that have been laying for about a month. One photo with flash and one with out, what's funny is both photos show the 2 darkest eggs directly behind the new egg in the front as being lighter than the others and the lighter ones are showing darker. I just can't get my egg photo groove on lately.
With flash-

and here's a photo taken in the house at a weird angle but gives a pretty accurate color, but it still looks a tad darker in this photo too. Sorry for the bright glare, I had to use the flash in the house. It sure does give a good show of the tiny speckles on the new pullet egg on the left.
