Pink-Your daughter likes to do woodworking? AWESOME! I love to do woodworking, too. I've never had any kind of training or mentoring or anything, so most of mine is fairly primitive (nestboxes, planters, etc. I have made a few things that were good enough to pass as furniture, but not much.
My next project is an antique redwood incubator restoration. This thing is big! It's about 60" high, 48" deep and 22 inches wide. The first thing I built is a dolly to move it around on. I probably won't do much with it until this winter.
Tailgate sawhorses? Actually anything about "so high" will work for a redneck sawhorse. Dog kennels work okay. Kinda tippy, though. Once in a while a wire chicken cage will work.
