They seem to be missing salt, pepper, carrots, onions, celery and dumplings.

But I think that's all I can see for now.

Once I took the meat off the bones and put it in the freezer. I did add sage, parsely, rosemary, thyme, lots of garlic, and a seasoning mix called Spike! Wow my kitchen smells good right now!

You are too funny..........LOL I can't wait to get to that point, but I will need a much bigger pot for all my boys......LOL

that's 5 roos and I have 8 more to go!

I recently acquired a Black Copper Marans Rooster. I have a Cuckoo also and he's just perfect, well he's perfect to me anyway, lol. The BCM's legs worry me some. They are a dark grey almost black color and I read the standard should be pinkish white like the Cuckoo. Can I breed him and breed that quality out or will all his offspring have this undesirable trait. I was thinking of breeding him to a couple of my Cuckoo hens and seeing what happens, lol. Any advice on this amazing breed would be helpful.

Patti, you are apparently looking at the wrong Standard of perfection for the Black Copper. The new Standard says medium to light slate.

You are already showing signs of being as funny as Debbi is!

Debbi, dear, I don't fear you, but I do wonder about a lot of things you say.
Right now, I am wondering who that Blue aussie finally bit that was the " last straw".
It doesn't sound like it the mayor was the last.....

I don't think I can hold a candle to her. She must be a writer or something cuz she can illustrate her stories so well. She cracks me up!!!

x2 on the Way too funny!

So, how are you cooking them?

Where do you find this "SPIKE" seasoning?
