Nice dark Eggs. Mine has yet too lay. But my others are laying now. My 18 month old EE Ester gave us a big suprise this morning. A 95 gram egg

They are in a large egg carton, so you can see how big it was.

Just washed them so they are all wet.

Well, unfortunately, we can't have it all! Mine lack your sheen....maybe we should try a combination...!

If only, my girls don't have a roo to call their own. So I don't have anything fertile here.

Maybe I should look into acquiring a cockerel though, these dark eggs have me drooling. I didn't have the Marans bug before now... but...
