hmmm....if she does keep solids i might be interested in some...all depends on what the breeding stock looks like and egg color etc. solids are hard to find! i dont have a boy for my girls and would like some more solids runnin around. is she reasonable?

Oh man I just butchered like 8 solid blues and 3 solid black roos a month ago out of her chicken breeding stock I hatched out of the girls she sold me almost 2yrs ago

Butcher pen needed cleaning lol...I thought the hipe was on all the coppers.... stupid me!

haha the BCMs do get quite a bit of attention... i love my blue birds tho....my favorite of all. do you have a solid boy? if not, can you lease from her a nice solid boy down the road?

do yo mean with the lavender project or if you are going for solids from BCMs? copper and red are both difficult to breed out indeed. i have yet to get a boy from someone that sold me blues that is solid...they all have leakage. its depressing. i dont 100% trust that all my girls are solid either...wont know until i test with a solid boy....thats why id like to find a place where i can get several solids to work with
