Thanks for all the pics. Ever notice how the males always stick their butts to the camera when you are trying to take a pic? LOL

The color on the 1st pure blue gal is typical sun bleaching that we get around here if they aren't in covered runs or in the shade. My blues look like that unless I keep them in a covered area. They look great right after they molt though.

You Welcome... It truly is a PITA to upload them, BUT I did so appreciate it when you took the time to do it last year for us.
I hope it becomes a trend. As more of us check out the shows, I hope we remember to take the time to take pics and upload them for the rest of the marans community.

There is no way I will ever get to some of these BIG shows that I hear about - Ohio National, The west coast shows, etc.... This is the only way I will ever get to see what is out there.

i think this little lady is a bit of a looker!

x2 I like her shape and how she has some lacing even on her medium/lighter blue. Makes ya want to just squeeze her lol. It looks like she has a tiny bit of a wave on the front of her comb but she is still very pretty.

yeah, i noticed the wave, but she's one of the best out of all the photos me thinks....and i'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that its a blue

splash to black will give you 100% blues

Also, does any of you marans breeders have a few clean legged chicks pop up even though you have feather legged breeders?
