In my experience this does not mean that the bird is blue....sometimes the shading on them will look blueish....that said....the only way a person will truly ever know if their bird is blue is to breed it to a genetically black bird and see if blue offspring pop up.
BTW...she's a cutie pie!

I got an egg today like Wynette's from one of my cuckoos. Do the eggs go though a couple of COLORING places. The egg was a nice uniform brown all over and then the DARK ink started and ran out half way. How did the WHOLE egg get a reg brown coating? You could even see where the ink started to SPIT the last drops of ink![]()
