Just got done reading through = you guys were busy on this rainy day!!

Vicki - congrats on your new birchen eggie!!

Congrats to everyone with their new BCM, as well!

Can't remember whose it was, but I really like that blue boy, too!


I moved and culled out all my birds today

the Bryant boy has 2 of the 3 pure Jeane girls
Blue band boy has 5 girls
Purple band boy has 5 girls

I still have to move them about a bit between the blue band and purple band, but I'm really happy with what I'm down to!!


AND the only birds left in the house are day olds and a bantam and her babies! yipee!!

Pretty big difference in your pens now having all the others that weren't as good gone and matching up hens with the right boys to give you some balance, eh?

I have to get new pics of blue band boy - the coloring coming in on him is amazing - more mahogany than my Bryant boy, but gorgeous!!
He's still a very different body type than puple band, but good looking


Shooting you a PM re: orange and yellow band girls -have to find pic numbers....my fault for having two birds with the same colors (one has 2 on right leg and one has one on each leg)

Me thinks you should post the boys on here since kim wants to see too. I'm curious to see how the young ones are developing.
I'm happy to help you get things sorted, you had quite a few birdies before, so it took a bit, but we got through it. Are you starting to see things differently now?
