You answered your own question, when you said you did not brooder them together. Until this year I have raised hundreds of Keets and Chicks and if you leave the two in the brooder be very careful. What points do you speak of? I am curious cause i have raised my keets with my chickens and have never had an issue. I have even been able to train my keets which folks say is impossible lol. They have the routine down and i get them locked up every night along with the chickens. Maybe it's the coop which is very large and 8x8 with and 16 ft run who knows but they get along great. They free range during the days with guard dog protection. I also did not brood the guineas with chicks they were done alone and then integrated into the flock as young keets.
