Here are two just-hatched Easter Eggers. The fluffy black/grey one is Amy. The damp one is Beth, or perhaps I should call her Sasquatch.
Beth karate-kicked out of the egg with lightning speed, courtesy of those enormous feet. How can this be? The chick is not bigger, just the feet. Can you see this, too? They almost look swollen. Should I be concerned?
