I'm So Sorry! Whenever (or never is cool too) you might be able and willing to post a list of things that Can go wrong, I know I'd learn from it and suspect everyone would.Well... I reached my limit on examining DIS chicks. I feel like every conceivable odd thing that could happen to a person, even over the course of years of hatching, happened just with these groups of eggs. I know, and have experienced shipped egg trauma, but haven't ever had any complications with backyarders or local eggs (other than the lady who sold me a big batch of infertile eggs - but I digress....). Well, my resume' has definitely grown with this one - perhaps not in the way I would have wanted- but for a purpose; of that I am sure.
The pics, albeit painful to see--and you had to go thru it with your own hatch and do the eggtopsy--helped me grasp the what happends.
How is the surprise pipper? the one that told you off when you tried to put it in the NO pile?
