My sumatra bantam eggs from PeepsInc are a hatching - six little chickies so far. WooHoo!!

I have one little Japanese Bantam so far that has hatched, and the other JB and Silkies have pipped. I'm watching those BCM like a hawk.

Boy does that little JB look tiny compared to my big ole Del chicks. We've never had bantams before!

We now have 3 JB's, 2 cute little silkies, and 1 BCM is pipped. My boys are very excited about the bantams as they joined 4-H this year and have been wanting "small" birds for awhile. I'm just plesently surprised we are having such a good hatch with shipped eggs! Those are excellent results.

Man do those JB's look small compared to the Dels sharing the same brooder. They are 1/3 the size. So beyond cute!
