March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

So far I have the following:

43 due on the 6th got 35 hatched
45 due on the 13th
51 due onthe 16th
70 due on the 20th
25 due on the 24th
49 due on the 30th

This gives me at total so far of 283 for March...
So far we are at a hatch rate of 35 of 43 so 81%...we must do better than that...

I hear Ya! My hubby probably won't be to pleased when my current batch hatches on Thursday (should have about 10) and I put a new batch in on Fri ( I accidentally won some eggs last night!).

I started with 46 eggs, two from my neighbor which hatched on Sunday, and 44 shipped eggs the last 14 are in lock down now. On the shipped eggs 26 never started, and I tossed 5 early quiters last week, and I think I have a few more quitters in there after candling going into lock down. I heard my first peep a little while ago, so it won't be to much longer. Go Peeps!

UPDATE ON PRECIOUS.

We now have five. Two were hatched this morning in the incubator. I just put them out with mom. Three left in the incubator. I will give them a few more hours.

Today is Day 17 for the only fertile BBS Orp egg I have had in several batches. Maybe the butt fluff trim on Suede and his fluffy women did help, but there were three eggs from the same hen in that batch and only one was fertile. Has a bouncing baby in there as of last night's candling. Cross your fingers for this one! Ladyhawk (Cetawin here on BYC) needs another son of Suede and this will be delivered to her in May when I go to Kentucky to visit.

The eggs from my big hatch are being sent out on Monday, five boxes of eggs. Can't wait!

Congrats to all the successful hatchers for March!
