March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

An update on my hatch - there are now 3 out, two lavenders and a blue. The one that's been stuck since yesterday is no further on, and there's one with a foot out, which he's waving frantically. I've got a couple more pipping, and I'm almost out of fingernails!

2 more days till lock down and it feels like the time is going SOOOOOOO slow......

Nothing here yet... but I don't expect chicks until Monday... but I'm impatient and checking all the time anyways. I also try to move the bowl to her, in case she's hungry and can't get up I want her to be able to have some water or a snack. Today she just pecked me and the bowl... she was probably up eating earlier and I missed it. Being so close to hatch, she's going to put herself on lock down in the next day or so anyways. I'll have to be out tomorrow and sunday offering the bowls to her on her little nest.

Actually had 2 hatch before I went to work. The report from home is that one of the blue eggs is pipping now...

Checked the eggs under the broody the other night, doesn't look like any are fertile(She has the 5 other storebought eggs). I also noticed the air pockets were loose, is she doing that? The one's in my bator don't have loose air cells.

Congrats to all getting hatches! I have 4 eggs on day12 and i'm dying for them to hatch. I've got 3 black american game bantam eggs and 1 mixed breed. So far all are fertile and kicken like crazy when i candle them

Today is day 21 and all is not well here....I had one Bardie pip a day early and that is it. The little one is not doing well and I do not expect it to live. I still have 5 more eggs but I've got nothing. Im hoping they are just late bloomers and tomorrow I'll find a flurry of activity but Im not holding out. Ahhh well, you can't win them all. I dont know if I want to try again or not. I have 25 pullets comming from Privett Hatchery and another 20 comming from Ideal. So, I may just have to wait unitl April to get my fuzz butts.

However, I still have my 3 Asils and they go in lockdown on the 16th. So maybe they will pop out of the eggs and I'll have some fuzz butts before April!!!

Oh and the Quail Eggs, I might get lucky and have itsy bitsy fuzz butts before April! That will be a hoot and a half to see those!
