Aww, Chickette, that doesn't sound very promising,
but I am no expert. I am on my third batch of shipped eggs, which also happens to be my third batch ever . I had a real problem with messed up air cells my last batch of shipped eggs, but I had such a hard time candling them(blue eggs) I just didn't realize. Could you post a pic that people could look at and get a better idea whats going on? I know what you are going through, I have been going through it, too!
I have 5 eggs which will go into lockdown on Monday, they were shipped and the air cells were trashed. I am trying incubating and hatching them in a carton this time, my first time trying it that way. I didn't turn them the first four days, and have only been tilting the egg carton to turn them, since. I tossed two with blood rings early on, one of those had an air cell which was completely broken, I could watch the air bubble travel all around the egg when I candled. The rest are doing ok to this point, but I lost so many right at the end last time, I am not getting my hopes up

. I don't know if I will have any better luck this time, but I can't do any worse. I had 15 eggs make it to lock down and only 4 hatched from my last batch of shipped eggs, NONE hatched from one breeder, and 4 out of 5 from the other.
Best of luck with you hatch. Were with ya!
