I've had some like this, and I also had 1 a few hatches back that looked similar, I thought it was a blood ring, but then a few days later it continued to develop. It did not hatch tho, found out later it was some kind of bacteria in the egg. I'd still leave it a few more days thoThe embryo was not moving. I've never seen a blood ring like that.

Chicks do have umbiblicle cords if it moves when you rotate the egg with the embryo it might be it too. *shrugs*
