Hmmm... I couldnt remember what day i set my test eggs so i put them on look down this sunday... Well wednesday came and went and nothing. Thursday morning, nothing. Thursday after work...nothing. One last check before i went to bed and i noticed a pip... Well by the time i got home 6 out of 7 out and the last one pipped. Next time i need to write down the date!!!! I guess I failed the "test" but luckily the eggs and incubator didnt!

I can't stand how all the chicks are so cute!!! I wish I could hatch more!!!

It's about time for me to start marking air cells. As soon as my husband gets home. I'm very excited!

Well...since this thread is still going...are you guys able to sex any babies yet? Mine are about two weeks and I'm almost convinced it have three out of three boys! Will bombard you with pics in the morning for opinions.

Well 7 out of 7 for my test hatch! I am supposed to be getting black ameraucana and black copper marans eggs this week if all goes to plan.... Of course the BCM breeder just informed me that her girls have slowed up a bit and the am breeder had a report of a poor hatch do she is re-testing fertility.... Nothing is easy with chickens it seems ! I ve been working on building a foundation flock of each for three years and believe i finally have the right breeders... Now i just need a little luck so i can get some eggs!

Awesome! I hope you'll get your eggs soon. I am very happy to report that I have not ONCE touched my legbar eggs since they went in.. And that was Wednesday!

I can't keep my humidity where I want it though, it seems to keep getting stuck around 30% so far. Not panicked yet but I may have to break out the tape at some point. :/

I am PROUD of you!!!!!! I wouldn't worry too much about the humidity . 30% should be fine right up to lock down.
