Marek's Disease ?

I was wondering how long after Marek's disease should I wait to get new chickens even if I've throughly sanitized the coop and the run. I know shouldn't house them in the same coop but I only have room for one coop and only one place for them as well?

I would get vaccinated day old chicks from a hatchery, or hatch your own and vaccinate, then keep them away from where the other chickens were for 6-12 weeks , then they should be safe.
