I am really sorry to hear about Margo. Hens that weak shouldn’t probably get another bath, since it can push a really weak hen over the edge. It is fine that you tried it initially, but since you feel no egg, it is best to keep her where she is. I would watch for any signs that she is cold. This time of year, we are all trying to keep them cool, but when they go bad, they may need to be kept warm. I wish I knew how to help her.
Can you try to insert a feeding tube or some aquarium air tubing into her crop, and try to give her some fluids? I have used the air tubing and melted the end that goes into the throat to soften edges. It fits onto a large 35 ml syringe if you have one. I would give her about 30 ml of water with the NutriDrench. Maybe @casportpony will chime in with more suggestions.
The comb discoloration can be normal in large combed hens, but since she is so weak now, it may have been significant. I hope you can save her, but you know how many illnesses chickens can have. Sometimes it is hard to know the cause.
