I would withhold feed if I suspected an impaction.

Is she pooping?
Sorry that most of my posts are about my own flock today. Margo still feels lousy. Saw her attempt to drink, I think (her beak tip was a little wet, but waterer sitting on stump wasn’t perfectly level and it was low on her side.) I’m feeling that she is not egg bound, as I just watched her squirt this out. I will probably keep her in overnight so I can check poop in the morning. I wirk all day, but can run up the hill at lunch to check on her and swap out batteries in the fans.

Get those fluids into her! A little "fussy" stress is better than dehydration stress!Continue to withhold feed? I don’t even know if she’d eat if given the opportunity. She is not drinking. I did manage to get a few drops of nutridrench in her, but she started getting agitated, so I stopped. She has a fan blowing in her area. It actually feels quite pleasant.
If you're concerned about her not eating, but she's "pretending" to forage, does she have something to peck at? She may not eat much, but if she'll forage a bit, at least that's something going in. She might take in some watermelon, or grapes, or other moist fruit. That was posted earlier in the day when the thought was that she could be egg bound. I had not felt an egg, but thought it could be soft shelled. Once I determined she was not egg bound, stopped withholding feed, but she hasn’t touched it.
@casportpony, I just sat with them in the run for a bit to observe and Margo is drinking on her own.
Also, I gave her calcium citrate this morning. She ate most of a 400 mg tablet. Is that good for the day? She’s been through a lot of handling today and I’d like to let her be. She won’t eat, anyway, so I’d have to force it.
Finally, this is her comb right now. I don’t like it. I’m concerned there could be some bigger (like heart) issue. And her face is a very vibrant red. Maybe more red than normal.
Margo is pecking around the run a little. Maybe pretending to forage?
